Ingredient

2 Cup Boiled Ajs Pasta, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion, 2 tsp Chopped Garlic,1 tsp Chopped green Chilies, 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes, 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum,2 Cup Tomato Juice a pinch of Chili powder, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp dry Oregano, Salt, 1tsp red Chili.

 

Method

Boil water (for 1 cup Ajs Pasta 5 cups water), add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and add Ajs Pasta. After Pasta' is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it and keep aside. Heat oil (38 tsp) in a pan, and add Onion, Green Chilies and Sauté the Onion till they turn golden brown, Add the Tomatoes and Capsicum and Sauté on Medium Flame for 2 minutes. Add the Tomato juice, Chilli powder, basil, oregano and salt and mix well Cook For 3 min. on Medium Flame.

 

After that add AJs Pasta and mix well so that the Sauce in Well Coated on to it and remove from flame, Serve hot and garnish with Cheese and Chili Flake.

SEVIYAN KHEER INGREDIENTS:- 1-Cup Aj's Seviyan, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/4 Cup Sugar, 1 tbsp Raisin, 2-3 tbsp chopped Dry Fruits(Almond, cashew & Pistachious), 1/2 Cardamon Powder. Method 1. Heat Ghee in a deep Pan and Roast cashews and raisins until golden brown. 2. Boil the milk seperatily add Aj's roasted Seviyan and let it stay until seviyan is soft and add sugar and elaichi 3. Add the pre roasted cashews and raisins to the Seviyan and garnish it with chopped almonds and Then serve it hot and enjoy the Aj's roasted Seviyan..
